随着互联网技术的发展,网络日益融入人们的日常生活,成为人生的有机组成部分。"数字遗产"是人们在网络使用过程中形成并可传于后人的宝贵财富。国内外"数字遗产"的相关案例及实践表明,"数字遗产"继承不仅必要而且可行,法律应对"数字遗产"继承进行规制。

With the development of Internet technology,the network increasingly integrated into people's daily lives,becoming an integral part of life. "Digital heritage" formed in the network is our treasure that can be inherited by our successor. "Digital heritage" cases happened in USA,and domestic and foreign judicial practice show that the succession of "digital heritage" is not only necessary but also feasible.Measures should be taken to protect "digital heritage" in law.
